Sale of ProTrace Engineering Inc.

 

Chromalox has completed the sale of ProTrace Engineering, Inc, its Calgary based electrical engineering services business, to Michael Slade, who has been with ProTrace since 2017 and has been Managing and Technical Director since 2018.

 

ProTrace started operation in 2011 and was acquired by Chromalox in November 2014. The business relationship between Chromalox and ProTrace will continue as and when it is deemed mutually beneficial.
